This service is designed to make the disposition of your "No Court Appearance Required" traffic ticket or other "Court Payable Matters" as simple and convenient as possible. "Court Payable Matters" can include your Financial Compliance payments, annual Child Support Service Fees, fees for Motions to Vacate, Copy Fees or a variety of other court fees. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card credit/debit cards to save yourself an unnecessary trip to the courthouse and avoid lost time from work.

If you are paying a "No Court Appearance Required" traffic ticket you must sign and send the original Plea of Guilty (blue copy of the citation) to the Circuit Clerk's Office within 3 days after this transaction.

Allow 5-7 days for the mailed form to arrive in our office. Faxed forms will not be accepted. Transactions must be completed within 3 business days prior to your court date (listed on the bottom of your ticket) or you will be required to appear in court. If you have posted your driver's license or a bond card as bail, it will be returned to you by mail.

There will be a convenience fee charged for using this system.
The fee is NOT charged or collected by the Marshall County Circuit Court Clerk.
